We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

When you have placed an order with Mondial Relay or Bpost delivery to a relay point, within 24 hours you will receive an email to confirm the location where you wish to have it delivered.

Don't forget to check your SPAM if you still don't have anything, it's probably there.

It is not possible to modify an order once you have made your purchase. Refunds are also not possible.
